I’ve always been passionate about health and wellness and I’ve been a fitness enthusiast for over 35 years. I taught aerobics in the late 80’s and early 90’s and I led physical training sessions while serving my country. I continued to participate in fitness during my career as a financial advisor and marketing executive. I retired after a 35-year corporate career in 2017 and decided to follow my lifelong passion for fitness and health. For the next phase of my life, I’m determined to help others put their health first.

I make maintaining my certifications and staying up to date on new techniques and health trends a priority. When I am not training clients or teaching you will find me, working on my business, keeping up with the latest in exercise and health via reading, continuing education courses, seminars, etc. In my free time, I enjoy walking my dog Teddy, cooking, and watching movies and sports.
