Yes, when you sign up for a subscription, it includes a 1 week trial.
No, your card will not be charged until after the 7-day trial period. You may choose to cancel after the trial or keep the subscription. If you do not cancel after the trial, your subscription will be renewed automatically and charged to your credit card or PayPal account at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the service.
You may cancel at any time. You will have access to the site and its content until the end of that subscription month. As long as your cancellation request is received at least 2 days before your billing date, you will not be charged again.

Yes! We all must start from where we are…. All moves can be modified, and participants are encouraged to only do what is comfortable for them.
There are five different themed classes every week. 3 designed to include cardio and strength training, others focus on flexibility and balance. With consistent participation, you should experience improvements in your cardio health, agility, balance, coordination, and strength.
No equipment is required except a sturdy chair. However, the workouts can be enhanced with a pair of light hand weights (dumbbells), a resistance band and a lightweight sports ball. These items might be used in some of the classes, but a great workout can still be obtained without any equipment.
Yes, with a healthy diet! Although it is more difficult to lose weight as we age, it is not impossible. Even if you do not lose weight, with consistent participation, your critical health numbers (Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, Glucose, A1C) will improve. The CDC recommends 150 minutes of exercise per week, 300 minutes if weight loss is a goal.
This is a personal preference. If you do choose to eat before working out, make sure it is at least 30 minutes prior to the start of class. A little protein and a good carb can help fuel your workout if you are feeling sluggish or hungry. Whether you eat or not, make sure you are well hydrated. Drink water before, during and after you work out.

You can view a live class via Zoom on your cellular phone, a desktop computer, a tablet, laptop and/or via the television screen if you have a firestick, apple tv, Roku TV etc. You can view a “live class replay” and all the other content on the site using the same kind of devices.
If you do not have a firestick or Roku, another option is to connect your phone to your television by using an HDMI or USB adapter. You must have an HDMI cord and an adaptor. Your TV or monitor must also have an HDMI or USB port.

While purchasing the monthly subscription plan, you will be prompted to sign-up or log-in by using an email account and creating a password.
